Janine is passionate about guiding children back to their Fitrah state through the understanding of their relationship with Allah and how He guides them at all times. She is the team leader of the Back to the Fitrah for Kids program development team, which has successfully implemented programs for children aged 5 - 9 and 10 - 13. The teen program is currently under development.

In her 25 years working with children as a teacher in schools, she has had a keen focus on the wellbeing and resilience of her students. She has been involved in implementing SPARK (Speaking to the Potential, Ability and Resilience inside every Kid) between years 7 to 9, approximately 300 students, in her previous school placement.

Janine’s vision is that students, teachers and parents form a community where there is a deeper sense of love and connection and so she provides workshops, training and classes designed to transform school communities to be confident, compassionate and productive.

Munazza in her journey of self-discovery, wants to test her limits by continuously challenging herself. As a certified Back to Fitrah Educator, Mentor and Coach, Munazza firmly believes that everyone is capable of much more than what they think, and their thoughts are what holds them back.
An Engineer by qualification, a Corporate Trainer by expertise and a Problem Solver by nature, Munazza’s multidimensional and extensive experience has taught her many life skills which she now incorporates in working within the community and the society at large.
She loves busting myths about Islam & Muslims and regularly does that at various primary and high schools across Adelaide. Raheal understands that their barrier to consistency is actually inner work and when she points her client to the truth of their own innate well being in a safe, non-judgmental space, they can discover the Barakah that is available to them through their consistent efforts. Mariyam is a passionate about helping Muslim women of all ages and backgrounds to strengthen their connection with the words of Allah. With a deep understanding of the challenges they face, Mariyam is committed to helping them overcome barriers and develop a meaningful relationship with the Quran.

One of the main obstacles faced by many women is the belief that it is too late or too difficult to start working on their Quranic journey. Mariyam dispels this misconception by showing them that it is never too late and that the process does not have to be overwhelming. She encourages her clients to start for as little as five minutes a day, gradually building continuity and increasing the time spent with the Quran. Mariyam emphasises that both quality and quantity are important, but if a choice must be made, focusing on the quality of engagement with the Quran is paramount.

With ten years of teaching experience, Mariyam brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her work. Her recent completion of ijazah in recitation with a qualified Ustadha from Egypt further enhances her ability to guide and mentor others on their Quranic journey.
