Resilient School Communities
A school community approach ...
"So do not weaken and do not grieve, and you will be superior if you are [true] believers."
Surah Al-Imran (3:139)
Behaviour is the symptom ...
What is the biggest challenge in the classroom for teachers?
Behaviour management!
Understanding that behaviour is the symptom rather than the problem creates opportunity to work in partnership with the student to achieve self regulation and minimise classroom disruptions.
The paradigm shift ...
Behaviour management has predominantly been enforced through rewards and consequences systems in classrooms and school wide, and while there is some success, it has not proven to be a sustainable, fully executable process within every classroom in every school.
The demographic in our classrooms has changed and with it the challenges.
Having a solution that will work with students of all ages across all cultural backgrounds is critical to maintaining a satisfactory balance of behaviour management and teaching time in the classroom.
The shift to building emotional understanding is the key!
The missing link ...
The missing link has been understanding the truth of our psychology. We are guided in the Qu'ran to understanding how we can find the innate resilience we were born with (our Fitrah) yet so many struggle to connect with this concept and are struggling with emotional and mental challenges.
The Inside Out Paradigm is a psychological paradigm that simply defines the truth of how Allah created us. In complete alignment with the teaching of Islam this understanding brings about inner peace, confidence, clarity, resilience and effortless patience.
The school community approach ...
Evidence suggests that students that are surrounded by a child-focussed community thrive emotionally and academically. By creating an environment where parents and teachers are supporting students to reach their full emotional and intellectual intelligence potential we are setting them up to be better leaders and citizens in the future.
Much focus is placed on intellectual potential of students, without emotional intelligence factored in, however studies have concluded that there is a direct correlation to emotional intelligence and academic and career success.
Building emotional understanding is the key to success academic achievement and behaviour management in the classroom.

The Three Step Solution
Step One - Resilient Teachers
Teaching with Taqwa, Tarbiyyah & Tawakkul
The program "Teaching with Taqwa, Tarbiyyah & Tawakkul" empowers teachers with a transformative journey, enhancing their consciousness of Allah, refining their character, and fostering unwavering trust and reliance on Him, ultimately equipping them to guide and inspire students with a balanced and virtuous approach to education.
Step Two - Resilient Students
Back to the Fitrah for Kids
The thoughtfully designed and all-encompassing "Back to the Fitrah for Kids" programs play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of Muslim children, providing them with a comprehensive spiritual and moral foundation as they are guided on a transformative journey that not only reconnects them to their innate nature (Fitrah) but also fosters a deep understanding of Islamic principles, instills virtuous character traits, and nurtures a profound sense of purpose and righteousness, empowering them to lead meaningful and impactful lives imbued with the values and teachings of Islam.
Step Three - Resilient Parents
Peaceful Parenting
When parents learn about Peaceful Parenting, schools experience significant benefits as it fosters a positive impact on students' emotional well-being, behavior, and overall academic performance, leading to improved classroom dynamics, enhanced teacher-student relationships, reduced disciplinary issues, and a more harmonious and conducive learning environment.
